The construction industry has a major role to play in reducing its environmental impact, and we are committed to being part of the solution. Just like health and safety, environmental responsibility is a core lens through which we approach all our activities at TCI+. Our objectives are clear.

We are more committed than ever to achieving our ambitions. That is why I am dedicated to mobilizing all TCI+ teams and driving the implementation of responsible practices. These efforts primarily focus on reducing fuel consumption for our job site equipment, lowering electricity use in our buildings, and limiting emissions related to procurement across our operations.

VINCI Energies acts as a true catalyst for TCI+ in advancing our environmental commitments. We are taking action by investing in the implementation of sustainable practices and, above all, by continuously measuring our progress.

The Environmental Club: An Employee-Led Initiative

We are fortunate to have teams who share our environmental commitment and are eager to make a difference. Several volunteer committees identify practical, tailored solutions that help strengthen our corporate commitments:

• elimination of 1,200 tonnes of CO₂ on our job sites (2023);

• recovery and treatment of concrete mixer wash water;

• gradual electrification of our vehicle fleet;

• 30% reduction in paper use across our job sites and offices;

• acquisition of electric bikes and bike-sharing programs for employees.
