Giving Back Is in Our Nature
We remain committed to the causes that matter most to us. Year after year, we renew our support by partnering with local organizations that play a vital role in supporting young people. Our involvement reflects who we are—people of action who embrace challenges.
TCI+ also supports projects and organizations dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities. We provide financial support to students from École de technologie supérieure and Polytechnique Montréal for their humanitarian initiatives, as well as to organizations such as the Centre socioéducatif Lassalien and Mère en action.
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has many positive impacts. It mobilizes our teams and strengthens our connections, while contributing to improving the living conditions of the communities around us. As CSR Project Lead, my role is to embed and bring our organization’s values to life, supported by a team of dedicated collaborators.
VINCI Foundation
All these initiatives are made possible through the VINCI Foundation. Established in May 2002, it reflects our shared commitment to being a long-term partner, combating all forms of exclusion, and promoting social and professional integration. In Canada, more than 40 companies like ours benefit from the support of the VINCI Canada Fund.
