VINCI Energies Academies

The mission of the VINCI Energies Academies is to share technical and soft skills through training programs that facilitate cultural integration and the dissemination of VINCI Energies’ core values. 120 customized training courses, delivered in person or via e-learning, cover all aspects of the management and day-to-day operations of our companies.

These training programs bring together external and internal experts—project managers, safety coordinators, directors, administrative managers, and accounting/finance managers—ensuring innovative teaching methods with a practical approach to our business lines.

VINCI Energies academies are located in Africa, Germany, Brazil, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, Romania, and the United Kingdom, with training programs adapted to each country’s cultural context.

Brand Institutes

In addition to our network of academies, training in our various fields and areas of expertise is provided by dedicated institutes led by our brands.

Omexom Institutes

Omexom Institutes is dedicated to the energy sector. Its training programs focus on traffic signal maintenance, street lighting, safety in electrical substations, self-consumption, and the inspection of overhead lines. In addition, an online platform enables each of our employees to stay abreast of the latest developments related to the energy transition.
